Batelco’s IP-Virtual Private Network (VPN) Quality of Service (QoS) runs over a world-class global network backbone which is managed by Batelco and Cable & Wireless. The equipment connected to the VPN can be managed by yourself or by Batelco.

The IP-VPN QoS service only requires one connection at each site to the network. Applications like email and video conferencing are categorised into Classes of Service ( CoS) to ensure that business-critical transactions and real-time applications will not suffer in performance. The various applications can run over a single infrastructure. The service backbone is a dedicated IP network that uses leading edge transmission technology.
